Nestled in the heart of the Everglades on the Big Cypress Seminole Indian Reservation, the Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum is home to more than 180,000 unique artifacts and archival items. Come and learn about the Seminole people and experience their rich cultural and historical ties to the Southeast and Florida, as they have made Big Cypress their home since creation.

Beyond the interior galleries visitors discover a mile-long boardwalk through a natural cypress dome. Half-way around the boardwalk you will reach the Ceremonial Grounds and Living Village, a modern take on the historic tourist camps of the early 20th century, wherein Seminole artisans create and sell the beadwork, basketry, wood carvings and patchwork for which they are world renowned.
